These Terms and Conditions govern the use of services provided by Miller’s Powered By Danny's (“Company,” “we,” or “us”) to all clients and customers (“you” or “customer”).
2. Services Provided
We offer automotive repair and maintenance services, including diagnostics, brake repair, wheel alignment, and smog checks. Service offerings may vary by location and availability.
3. Estimates and Payments

  • Estimates provided are based on initial inspections and may change upon further diagnostics.

  • Full payment is due upon completion of services unless prior arrangements have been made.

  • We accept cash, credit, or debit cards. Returned checks may incur additional fees.

4. Appointments and Cancellations

  • Appointments are recommended but not required.

  • Customers who are more than 15 minutes late may be asked to reschedule.

  • A 24-hour notice is requested for cancellations.

5. Guarantees and Liability

  • We stand behind the quality of our work. Most services include a limited warranty—details provided on your invoice.

  • We are not liable for damages caused by pre-existing issues or unrelated mechanical failures.

  • The customer is responsible for securing valuables; we are not responsible for items left in vehicles.

6. Customer Conduct
Abusive, threatening, or inappropriate behavior toward our staff will not be tolerated and may result in service refusal.
7. Privacy
Any personal information collected (name, phone, email) is used solely for booking, communication, and invoicing. We do not sell or share your information.
8. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time without prior notice. Updated terms will be available on our website.
